All users of Broccoli products are entitled to support via email for both licensed
and freeware products. To help us find the quickest solution to your
support issue, please make sure that the member of your staff selected to contact
us is the one best equipped to give a full description of the problem.

The Product Report Form is provided for reporting minor bugs
and requests for enhancements. For critical support issues, please contact us by
email.
SALES AND LICENSING
Products can be ordered by telephone, fax and postal mail. To order by postal mail
or fax, print out and complete the Product Order Form. Once a product order has
been received and verified, the product will be dispatched within 24 hours. Software
applications registration keys are sent by email. Existing customers wishing
to pay on account must enclose a purchase order number with their order. Please
do no send credit card details by email in plaintext.

We accept payments using VISA, Mastercard, Switch, JCB, Solo and Maestro.
